Checktel offers telephone call recording with very high sound quality and 2 channels for both parties.
Phone calls can be recorded for various reasons. The purpose may be to listen to one or more conversations again and thus be able to prove an appointment made by telephone.
It is very important that it can be determined exactly who makes certain statements. This can be your own employee or the conversation partner.
Checktel offers call recording with 2 channels for this purpose, 1 channel contains the speech of your own employee, the 2nd channel contains the speech of the conversation partner. This creates a stereo representation, the employee can be heard through one loudspeaker (or earphone) and the other through the other loudspeaker (or earphone). This means that it is irrefutably established who spoke.
During recording the original sound is captured and no AD/DA conversion or compression of the sound is used. This yields to a very high sound quality (studio quality) of the recorded telephone calls.
Transcription
The high quality of the recorded telephone calls recorded with Checktel is also very suitable for further processing with AI (Artificial Intelligence). For example for conversion to (ASCII) text, also known as transcription. Thanks to the 2 channels, the AI software can keep the two speakers apart and realize the correct conversion to text for each speaker. One speaker can be on the left side of the paper and the other speaker on the right side. This creates an easily readable transcription. Look here for an example.
Emotion from the voice
A next recent AI application is Vess360, to determine the emotion that is contained in the speech of one or both parties. This emotion tells a lot about the person speaking and can be used for an in-depth analysis of the conversation.
