Record telephone conversations with the Checktel Call Recorder

Checktel has been providing solutions for the automatic recording of telephone calls since 2005. Initially for use with the digital telephone network (ISDN) and since 2012 also for VoIP-SIP protocol.

The users include Brokers, Banks, Insurers, Government, but also Veterinarians and Car dealers.

Checktel offers Worldwide sales to dealers and end customers. Self-installing end customers can purchase Checktel products through web shops.

Checktel offers excellent sound quality because the digital sound is recorded without compression or conversion from analogue to digital sound. Both sides (the own voice and that of the person being called) are each recorded in their discrete channel (stereo) so that when talking interchangeably it can be determined exactly who is speaking.

Because the calls are stored in a user owned Windows system and not somewhere in the cloud, excellent protection is also guaranteed.

One time investment

Checktel is provided as a product and not as a subscription-based service. It is a traditional one time investment.

Safe storage

Checktel recorded calls are saved on a user’s Windows system.
That guarantees a more safe storage than cloud storage.

SIP Trunk and Cloud Telephony

Checktel can be used in both SIP Trunk as well as cloud telephony implementations. Capacity starts with 8 concurrent calls.

Security

Checktel supports secure data transport (SRTP).
