Checktel in a DECT environment
Checktel Call Recorder VoIP can be used in combination with DECT telephones. Here 1 DECT base station is drawn, but 2 or more can also be used if more handsets are needed.
As a DECT base station, e.g. a Gigaset N720 or N870 can be used.
Other brands and models can provide trunk as well as hosted / cloud telephony.
Trunk means that the DECT base station works as PBX, while with hosted / cloud telephony the PBX is in the cloud, so there is one account per DECT handset.
You decide which telephone calls to record
Checktel used in combination with desk phones, some of which are not recorded
Checktel Call Recorder VoIP used in combination with desktop telephones. A selection can be made which telephone sets are recorded. For instance telephone sets from a specific department, e.g. Support, Marketing, Sales and the like can be recorded.
In this example we refer to hosted / cloud telephony, each device has one or more accounts.
VoIP/SIP desktop telephone sets form brands like Yealink, Mitel, Tiptel, Snom, Ayaya, Grandstream and other can be used.
